Medical center specializing in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and endocrine system diseases, as well as post-traumatic exacerbations.

Client Objectives:

Challenges:

● Enhance brand recognition on social media and build a positive brand image.● Improve organic metrics (reach, engagement, direct inquiries) without significant advertising budgets.● Deliver high-quality content that highlights the center’s expertise and reliability through well-developed scripts for videos and posts.

● Irregular Posting: The profile was not updated regularly, resulting in minimal audience engagement.● Lack of New Ideas and Scripts: There was a shortage of fresh ideas and clearly defined scripts for creating high-quality, trending content, which hindered the effective communication of the center’s expertise and the value of its services.

Solutions:

● Audience and Competitor Analysis: We identified the key needs of the target audience, the strengths of the company, and determined the most effective content formats (e.g., Reels, Stories).● Development of a Content Plan: We created a detailed publication plan outlining themes, scheduling, and key messages that align with positioning.● Regular Posting and Engagement: We implemented scheduled posts showcasing successful cases, promotions, and tips that effectively engage the audience.
Monitoring and Optimization: We continuously analyzed key metrics (reach, engagement, direct inquiries) and adjusted the content plan and posting schedule accordingly.
