● Attract new customers and tap into additional audience segments.● Enhance brand recognition on social media and build a positive brand image.● Establish long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.● Improve organic metrics (reach, engagement, direct inquiries) without significant advertising budgets.

● Lack of a Unified Visual Concept
Posts had different styles and color schemes, failing to form a cohesive brand image.
Text elements were arranged chaotically, complicating content comprehension.
● Low Organic Metrics
Organic reach was only 1,200 users.
Engagement (likes, comments, saves) did not exceed 150 actions.
Direct inquiries were sporadic and did not convert into real orders.
● Irregular Posting
There was no clear content plan or consistency in publications.

Solutions:

● Audience and Competitor Analysis:Identified the key needs, strengths of the company, and the most effective content formats (Reels, Stories).● Development of a Content Plan and Visual Style:Created a unified color scheme, corporate font, and organized texts and headings.● Regular Posting and Engagement:Implemented scheduled publications showcasing completed projects, promotions, and tips; interactive Stories were used to stimulate activity.● Profile Update:Utilized professional photos, logos/watermarks, and emphasized the quality of materials and real interiors.● Monitoring and Optimization:Continuously analyzed key metrics (reach, engagement, direct inquiries) and adjusted the content and posting schedule accordingly.



The update of the profile’s visual style allowed the creation of a unified, modern, and professional image. A unified color scheme, the use of branded elements (logo, watermark), and professional photos significantly enhanced brand recognition.
