We ran a Meta Ads campaign for a beauty specialist targeting Russian-speaking women across Poland, Romania, France, and Ukraine. The goal was to attract new clients to two parallel service locations — Warsaw and Kharkiv — and later expand reach to Bucharest and Paris, while keeping Warsaw as the core market.
